Comedy returns to Alsager this June with Mick Ferry (“See him or regret it”- John Bishop, “Absolute legend”- Jason Manford), Steve Royle (“A brilliant comedian”- Peter Kay), Amit Mistry and MC Karen Bayley (“Gales of laughter”- British Comedy Guide) all at Alsager Civic.

Few are funnier than Comedy Store and Frog & Bucket veteran Mick Ferry! Whether he’s running with a scatterbrained idea, an audience suggestion or dipping into his extensive mental files of absolute, top drawer gags and routines, the end result is a barrage of laughter from a very happy audience and that is what we are all about.

Steve Royle has had a career that has spanned everything from the Royal Variety Performance, to Phoenix Nights to coming third on Britain’s Got Talent. A first rate comedy act with unashamed vaudevillian echoes. A highly skilled juggler, Steve holds the official world records for balancing a Christmas tree on his chin and an ironing board on his foot. Much as we love Steve, we do sometimes worry about him…

Amit Mistry takes the middle spot and your compere for the evening is Karen Bayley; delightfully saucy, friendly and confident, Karen’s killer wit, infectious giggle and devastating one-liners make her a comedic force to be reckoned with.
