Alsager Sequence Dance Club is run by a local committee and has Dance Leaders who act as M.C’s for the weekly dance and provide tuition for some of the new dances.
In addition to the weekly dance, the Club organises dancing “away days” and dancing holidays.
The Club also organises “Charity Dances” in support of local charities.
Modern Sequence Dancing is a very popular form of social dancing.
It is based on the normal Ballroom and Latin dancing but everybody dances the same standardised 16 bar sequences at the same time making this a pleasurable activity, particularly amongst retired people. It is a great way to make new friends and to enjoy a healthy life.
Why not join our Club? We dance every Tuesday afternoon 2.00 until 4.00 at the Alsager Civic
Our Dance Leaders Tom & Hazel provide tuition in some new dances.
