Alsager Sequence Dance Club Social Dance

Alsager Sequence Dance Club is run by a local committee. The club organises social dances as an evening event for all to enjoy and socialise.
Modern Sequence Dancing is a very popular form of social dancing.
It is based on the normal Ballroom and Latin dancing but everybody dances the same standardised 16 bar sequences at the same time making this a pleasurable activity, particularly amongst retired people. It is a great way to make new friends and to enjoy a healthy life.
