Zumba, brought to you by Charlottesville.
Its a 50 mins Workout, Where we will warm up/stretch, then do some Cardio work into a cool down. Please work at your own pace, if you would like to take a break at any time do so, put as much into it or as little as YOU like.
There is no wrong or right, as long as you are moving and smiling thats good for me! Don’t worry about mistakes, there isn’t any!!
I will introduce some of the basic moves, from the different styles of dance , eg salsa, meringue, then each week we will repeat and add variations and more too it!! Don’t worry if you don’t get the moves, just have ago, we will keep repeating them !!
Remember to use your muscles especially your Abs…Then hopefully soon we will see some results.
Drink lots of water (please, Bring a bottle with you!!!!!)
